Japanese Style I

Background

This project is a small household span of 645 sq ft. The owner lives alone. So we opened one of the bedrooms and connected it to the living room to make the living room look more spacious and atmospheric. And in this open tea room, a large window was introduced to enjoy the city skyline.

Nature

The living room uses a small amount of wood lattice as a background wall, which is connected with the background wood of the dining table and echoes each other. White and log color create a warm and harmonious pure Japanese log space together.

Compact Design

The background wall of the bedroom is created in a simple way with wood paneling and string lights. The cabinet doors are alternated in white and natural wood, which creates a more simple and clear atmosphere.

Whenever footsteps sound
lights brighten
familiar voices awaken sleeping memories

And
Home becomes clear again

Homes take on different appearances and personalities depending on the people who live in them

Almost like a mirror that reflects the spiritual appearance and life state of each of us.

Wabi-sabi is not just a style, but more importantly

A state of life that is independent, indifferent, quiet, and free.
